Rialto, Lincoln, NE
Encompass
Architects was hired to create a new look for an existing building
in downtown Lincoln. The owners wanted to transform the structure
into a multi-purpose facility that could support both offices
or hospitality tenants and make a statement for the east entrance
to downtown on 'O' Street.
The
Design required the building to respect the existing structures
as well as the Capital Environs District. The design approach
reflects the context of this urban environment, the monumentality
and permanence and the significance of its neighbors.
