Building Information Modeling
Encompass Architects has implemented Building Information Modeling – Autodesk
Revit - as our software platform for the design and production of
all of our projects. We believe this system provides a significant
advantage
over conventional CAD drafting, due to its 3-dimensional capabilities,
superior drawing coordination, and the ability to make revisions
that are automatically coordinated and integrated into the
design. This
allows us to design documents faster, to a higher quality, and allows
us to focus our time on more valuable tasks such as design and coordination.
