Ms. Eagle Bull, an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Nation, has over 30 years of architectural design and project management experience. She has successfully led large, diverse, multi-disciplined design teams through all project phases. Tammy believes strongly in the direct relationship between human behavior and the environment. She strives to create environments in which the users will not only function but also thrive.
Tammy is the 51% owner and President of Encompass Architects, PC, Todd Hesson is Vice President of the company and is the minority shareholder owning 49% of the shares. There are no other shareholders or officers of the company.
Encompass Architects is very proud of its extensive background working on projects for Native American Communities. We are honored to be a part of the growth of these Native Communities through our involvement in various facility design, master planning and construction projects.
Tammy is the first Native American Woman licensed Architect in the United States.
Tammy is the 2018 American Institute of Architects Whitney M. Young Jr. Award recipient.
