Encompass Architects, pc was established in 2002 by Tammy Eagle Bull, FAIA, NCARB, AICAE and Todd Hesson, AIA, LEED AP. Together they have nearly 60 years combined experience in a variety of project types and sizes. This experience has allowed them to develop a highly interactive process.
We firmly believe in the importance of a collaborative process in which the client and community is integral. We do not come into a design project with a preconceived idea of what you need or what is best for your community.
We work with you to make your vision a reality.
We incorporate sustainable design in every project. Practicing environmentally responsible architecture will add to the value of the project.
Ms. Eagle Bull, an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Nation, has over 30 years of architectural design and project management experience. She strives to create environments in which the users will not only function but also thrive.

Our philosophy is simple: we design with clients, not for clients. We listen to your needs, wants, and vision.
Together we can create the best design solution for your unique project.
We believe our buildings are so much more than concrete, brick and mortar- they are a reflection of our clients.
